Terms of Service & Return Policy

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TravelGoSeek (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Laura Cole Creative LLC.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Plans & pricing
- Free tier: full access to core features, supported by Google AdMob ads.
- Ad-free upgrade: $4.99 one-time purchase removes ads on your account.
- Premium+ subscription: $7.99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
4. Return & refund policy
- One-time ad-free purchase: request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not received substantial benefit of the upgrade. Email support@travelgoseek.com.
- Premium+ subscription: cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are generally not provided except where required by law.
- Educational / bulk purchases: governed by the agreement signed with the purchasing organization.
- Refunds processed in-app (App Store / Google Play) follow that store's policy.
5. User-submitted content
You retain ownership of the photos and sightings you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the App. You must own (or have permission to upload) anything you post, and you may not upload illegal, harmful, or harassing content.
6. Conservation conduct
You agree to observe wildlife responsibly: keep a safe distance, never disturb nests, and follow all local laws and protected-area rules.
7. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer the App, abuse it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Species data is provided for educational purposes and may contain errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laura Cole Creative LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of registration of Laura Cole Creative LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
